If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) cannot be returned duo to the product is smaple and only one piece. We could provide more detail information before the order placed.

When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from us specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status. In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier.

The client could monitor the delivery status on the courier web site according to the tracking no. emailed by Ze Hanne.

Ze Hanne ships worldwide using UPS and DHL EXPRESS delivery.
